Architecture
A corporate office complex that refuses the easy answer of glass. Vertical ACP fins, deep-set fenestrations, and flower beds woven into the facade — greenery growing against concrete. Winner — ACCE(I) UltraTech Cement Award.

Three firms. One shared breath of space. Terracotta-tinted micro-concrete at reception, porous plant partitions dividing without closing, warm wood against the grey — a workspace designed to feel like a clearing.

A Japandi palette of sage and brown holds the unexpected — a full-height glass entry display, mannequins mid-juggle, arched shelving framing bamboo and paper goods. A store that makes you stop before you shop.

Six hundred and thirty square feet in which nothing is wasted. Natural light floods through large windows across white floors. A curved fluted reception desk, a Raphis palm, grey boucle — precision that feels effortless.

A home that carries its history forward — Lippan art, a hand-carved elephant swing, repurposed furniture, turmeric kitchen tiles, a tatami yoga room. Every corner holds a memory. Every object chosen, not purchased.

More than a saree store — a spatial pause. Three carved wooden arches form the ceremonial heart. A white duco mandir niche, hand-painted Kalakaari wallpaper lining the staircase, mannequins as a moving gallery. Craft presented with the reverence it deserves.

Three firms interlocked in 600 square feet. A muted palette punctuated by navy blue grooved MDF in each cabin. Mustard sofas anchor the reception. A porous plant partition doubles as a TV wall. Every inch consciously used.

A show flat for Amar Elite — designed not to impose but to invite. A deliberately neutral palette waits for life to fill it. Bold blue velvet sofas, forest green cabinetry, and a grooved velvet headboard. Every room is a suggestion, not a prescription.
S'thetic Design Studio is a Nashik-based architecture and interior design practice, established in 2019. Led by Ar. Snehal Gadkari Jajoo — Masters in Interiors from Scuola Politecnica di Design, Milan, Italy — the studio brings a refined global sensibility to every project, shaped by years of practice across Dubai, Milan, Mumbai and Pune.
The studio works across residences, corporate offices, retail spaces, and affordable housing — bringing the same rigour and sensitivity to each brief. The methodology is grounded in close client collaboration, honest material selection, and considered spatial planning.
At S'thetic, we believe that the best interiors are not designed to impress — they are designed to be lived in. Every space carries the inherent potential to tell a distinct and captivating story. Our role is simply to find it.
Ar. Snehal Gadkari Jajoo holds a Masters in Interiors from Scuola Politecnica di Design, Milan, Italy and has practiced across India and internationally. Her design language is defined by a passion for bespoke solutions, a sensitivity to cultural context, and the view that great design is not noticed — it is simply felt.
